Judge still making summation in Ninjaman murder trial

The judge in the murder trial of Desmond Ballentine, otherwise known as dancehall entertainer Ninjaman, and his two co-accused, is continuing his summation in the Home Circuit Court in downtown Kingston.
Justice Martin Gayle, who has been summing up the case since last week, is expected to hand over the case to the jury today.
Ninjaman who was recently released from hospital after suffering a minor heart attack is in court.
The entertainer, whose given name is Desmond Ballentine, and his son Jahneil, are on trial for the March 2009 murder of Ricardo Johnson on Marl Road in Kingston.
The third accused is Dennis Clayton.
Prosecutors say Mr. Johnson was fatally shot in a yard by the artiste and other men.
Ninjaman faces life imprisonment if convicted.
He has denied killing Mr. Johnson.
